Nearly there!

My book is now up on Cambridge Scholars website, as a 'coming soon' - they say May 1st but it could be sooner. Don't rush to pre-order though, as I'm expecting it to go up with a sale price when it's first published. They seem to knock about 50% off for the first few weeks.
