Our performance of Table for One at the Ilkley Fringe was very well received, I'm happy to say. The lighting operator did a great job - he had had a plot in advance but no chance to rehearse, so this was great - and everything went very smoothly. I was impressed to have some of my lines quoted back at me by audience members afterwards; but at the same time, it's a little sad that so many people, (both male and female in fact, though the play focuses on women) seemed to be able to relate to a play which is basically about being single and alone in a world of couples.
A friend very kindly recorded the show and here's a clip from it - slightly odd angle as she was sitting in the prompt's box above the stage, but I think it gives a good idea of one of the key scenes.
