A good time had by all

My 'event' at Ilkley Literature Fringe last night went better than I'd expected - a really good audience, very appreciative. A big thank you to friends who came, but great too that there were quite a few people I didn't know. Three representatives of the Chapeltown Readers Group won the quiz (I must say, I was distressed to discover how little my friends knew!) - here's one of the winning team receiving the prize - unsurprisingly, a copy of the book!

I also heard some interesting anecdotes afterwards about cesspits in rural Derbyshire and a 3-seater outdoor toilet in Scotland.
