Print copies of 'Flame' finally available!

I was a bit optimistic promising a publication date of 25 August - the proofs were sent off in good time, but there seems to be a black hole in the middle of the Atlantic where post disappears for a week or two . . . Anyway, I mistimed it as I was off in sunny Scotland last week when they did arrive, but now, finally, yes! print copies are available from Create Space and Amazon.
