Print copy of 'Flame'

I wanted to do a promotion on Goodreads, but you can only do giveaways with print copies, so I've had one made of Flame of Liberty. Somehow it feels more like a 'real' book than an ebook, having the actual thing in your hand. Started the giveaway last week and am up to 143 people signed up - hope some of those peo
